These Healthy, Gooey Cheesy Avocado Pizza Sandwiches are quick and easy to make and are perfect comfort foods!
- 3 Bread Slices
- 2 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Small Avocado peeled, deseeded and sliced
- Heat a Griddle or Skillet over medium heat.
- Spread one slice of bread with 1tbsp pizza sauce and cover it with mozzarella cheese, avocado slices and cover with some more cheese and then top with another slice of bread and repeat the same.
- Brush with butter on both ends of bread and cook until golden brown and ensure bread doesn’t burn but cheese is melted.
