Recipe

  • Mix 3-4 tsp of Finger Millet flour (Ragi) with a little bit of water, enough to make a paste

  • Boil 1 cup of water

  • Add salt

  • Add the Finger Millet paste and cook for 2-3 minutes

  • After it cools down, add buttermilk (add 2 tsps of low fat yogurt/curd in 1 glass of water and beat the mixture until its mixed evenly without any lumps)

  • Stir continuously, cool the mixture and drink while in winter and you can refrigerate and have many a times the whole day in summer.
